PLANNING A WEDDING?

Our space is perfect for Bachelor / Bachelorette Parties, Rehearsal Dinners, Send-off Parties, and Receptions.

ROOM RENTALS

We have great spaces available for rent throughout the week depending on your needs including our Private Room and Taste Lounge. We also offer many "Add-On Experiences" to enrich your event. Our entire space is also available to rent out.

We provide the drinks, you provide the food. We have a full directory of caterers and food trucks available. We host food trucks Friday and Saturdays, and can assist with scheduling one for you too. Let us know when you submit the Rental Request Form.

Pricing starts at a minimum of 2 hours for $200. There is a $200 refundable damage deposit required for all events. Full payment is required to finalize a reservation. Military, veteran, teacher, and nonprofit organization may qualified for discounts on rentals. Make sure to let us know on our Rental Request Form.

Private Room
Private Room

Our Private Taste Room is 700 square feet of space, perfect for events with eating and sit-down arrangement for up to 26 people and up to 40 for standing, socializing, networking style events. All our furniture has been selected to be flexible and easy to reposition to accommodate your event's needs. Our string lights create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

Looking for a space to host your monthly or quarterly meetings?

Our Private Room is perfect for you.

Two large, sliding wood barn doors close out noise and distractions from other guests and activities in our Taste Lounge to provide the privacy needed for your gathering.

 

The Private Room includes:

  • 2 large leather couches

  • 4 armchairs

  • 4 folding 5' round tables

  • 4 folding 6' rectangle tables

  • 2 round 24" high-top cocktail table

  • 2 two-top tables

  • Barstools (leather, wood, and stackable metal)

  • Hard-back chairs for tables and additional seating

  • Dry bar and 2 whiskey barrels (great for selling or appetizer/cake presentation)
    - We offer an option for a personal bartender to create a limited cocktail menu and non-alcoholic drinks.

  • Flat screen television with HDMI connection

  • Small speaker and microphone if needed

Taste Lounge
The Taste Lounge - Main Room

If your event needs more than what our Private Taste Room has to offer, our Main Room, or what we lovingly refer to as our “Taste Lounge”  that houses our beautiful copper-top, cherry wood bar and 22' shuffleboard is available for select days and times during the week during our closed hours. We want to provide the best space for your event.

 

The Taste Lounge includes:

  • 2 couches

  • 4 armchairs

  • 5 Four+seating tables with hard-backed chairs

  • 17' x 17' cherry wood, copper-topped bar

  • 2 televisions (one large main one and a smaller one by the back corner of the bar)

  • 22' shuffleboard

Our patio includes:

  • 6 metal patio tables and chairs (seats 20 people)

  • 10 metal stackable bar stools with outdoor metal bar

  • 2 patio couches around gas fire pit (seats 10-12 people comfortably)

Combined with the Private Taste Room, 1350 Distilling can house up to 99 occupants. Our regular full cocktail menu or a limited cocktail drink menu can be provided. Don't forget to check our our "Add-On Experiences"

Depending on the size of your party, you can also rent out our entire space - Private Room and Taste Lounge / Patio.

"Add-On Experiences"

Want to enhance your party for something others don't provide? Being a distillery, we provide some unique experiences for you including:

  • Private Tours ($30 per person) Includes a Glencairn 1350 Distilling logo glass - request minimum of 10 people

  • Build-Your-Own Bloody Mary Bar ($50 for setup and $12 per drink) - minimum 50 guests expected

  • Spirit Flight Tastings ($13.50 per person) - no minimum needed

  • "Name a Drink" after the guest of honor ($25 for arrangement plus cost of each drink - will vary)

Frequently Asked Questions

Can we bring in our own food?

Absolutely! We do not have a kitchen and always offer our guests to bring in whatever food they would like to enjoy and share. We can assist with finding a food truck or caterer upon request too.

Can we bring in beer, wine or other alcohol?

Sorry, No. We are a "taste room" which allows us to only serve what we make. Even if you rent the entire space for a private party, we are not allowed to have any alcohol that we do not make on the premise. This is a Colorado Liquor law.

Are you kid-friendly?

Absolutely! We believe that children need to be familiar with adults socializing with safe alcohol consumption environment. We offer Rocky Mountain Sodas and Pikes Peak Lemonade Co.'s wide variety of lemonades for them to enjoy. We also have board games, corn hole, and a fantastic shuffleboard. Now, adult supervision is always required.
